Production Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing a team of people. This individual will create shift schedules, delegate tasks, manage staff, and monitor the results of daily activities. This position is also responsible for ordering supplies, controlling stock, and reporting breakdown failures of any equipment.A successful candidate will have related manufacturing experience, experience providing direct supervision, and be a diligent, determined performer who thinks outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products.Because environmental and organizational conditions change rapidly, the work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response. Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities.
