Brown & Brown is Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Connecticut. Reporting to a team or unit leader, individual whose primary responsibility includes customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions, in support of the production of the business. How You Will Contribute * Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues. * Manage and retain existing book of business. * Continuously achieve all audit and performance standards as outlined by leadership. * Follow-up to address customer needs and resolve any problems or issues. * Manage and maintain agency management system with current required information and documents on an ongoing basis, including all IO requirements. * Process daily mail and tasks, including faxes and e-mail, for assigned accounts. * Answer and process all telephone requests for assigned accounts. * Prepare billings and/or invoices on a timely basis. * Manage FRQ process. * Responsible for the end to end client service process such as, marketing, updating agency management system with final required documents. * Review Backwards Expiration Report, expiration reports, and daily download. * Prepare customer renewals, including proposals and presentations while ensuring agreement with customer's requests / requirements. Licenses and Certifications: * CT Property & Casualty Producer License Skills & Experience to Be Successful * High School diploma * Proficient with MS Office Suite * Bachelors Degree is preferred and/or extensive insurance experience (preferred) * 2+ years functioning in Personal Lines department at an agency or company level is preferred. #LI_KM1 Pay Range $30.29 - $32.69 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
