Our products feature innovative design and energy saving technology.We have the following opening available for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA. Provide direct supervision in our department on 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm) Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicatorsWhat we look for Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline desirable Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position Excellent interpersonal, communication and people development skills are essential for this position Strong computer skills with Proficiency using Ms Word, Excel ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
