Responsibilities Essential Duties * Supervising and coordinating daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow * Leading, training, and mentoring crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork * Ensuring all vehicles receive a high-quality wash and excellent customer service * Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting maintenance needs * Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment * Supporting site leadership in tracking performance and implementing operational improvements * Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction * Leading by example through hands-on work and proactive problem-solving * Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Job Requirements * High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred * 1-2 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred * Proficiency in MS-Office applications * Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking * Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Work Environment & Physical Demands * Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally * Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements Apply Today!
