POSITION SUMMARY : The Floor Manager leads the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service. You'll manage staff, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to the overall guest experience. You'll collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold menu standards, foster a positive work environment, and ensure seamless service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of service. Foster team development through clear communication, coaching, and regular feedback. Ensure that all service standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures are followed. Maintain relationships with regulars and encourage a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, staff readiness, and inventory. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and operational systems. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
