Committed to vision, we enable people to "see more and be more" thanks to our innovative designs and lens technologies, exceptional quality, and cutting-edge processing methods.GENERAL FUNCTIONThe Director of Fleet Management & Optimization develops strategic plans and oversees execution of fleet-related projects including location planning, store openings, closings, remodels, store maintenance, and projects related to the in-store experience with an approved multi-million dollar budget. This role is responsible for overseeing a team executing the brand's fleet projects including project logistics, new store opening procedures, fleet processes and procedures, operational readiness, and management of all project deliverables.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and oversee the annual/quarterly/monthly operational execution plans for all store openings, closures, remodels, relocations, and maintenance for the brand.Lead and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for store planning to optimize penetration with Corporate and Franchise partners in alignment with brand strategy, goals, and customer experience.Develop standardized reporting and analysis of operating standards, processes, and procedures to evaluate the health of the store fleet and identify opportunities for continued improvement.Evaluate, prioritize, and lead implementation of projects related to continuously enhancing the physical store experience to ensure stores are positioned to deliver the best patient and customer experience.Serve as a primary liaison with Franchisees, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of projects within agreed-upon scope, objectives, and financial parameters for each project.Provide leadership and direction to the field leaders to ensure they adhere to scope, budget, and timelines, executing projects with excellence and addressing issues and questions.Responsible for monitoring project progress and reporting to key partners and senior leaders to ensure that projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines.Maintain open communication with all involved project partners to improve operational needs.Align with other departments on projects, preventing and managing associated conflicts.Resolve post-implementation matters.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10 years' experience in retail, project management, or other technical discipline.Experience leading multiple, complex projects.Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets.Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and oversee a team, as well as many levels of management.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Results-oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work under high-pressure conditions.Knowledge of Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProject Management experience within specialty retail operations.Experience with corporate store operations.Ability to read and understand architectural documents.Pay Range: 144,010.00 -230,987.60Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
