Responsibilities: WOW customers with exceptional service and a positive attitude. Drive to local residences and businesses to remove unwanted items. Follow safety protocols and wear necessary gear. Remove, load, and sort items for responsible disposal, recycling, or donation. Ensure job orders are completed as required and offer additional disposal services. Work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule. Qualifications & Requirements: Positive attitude, reliability, and hardworking nature. At least 23+ years old (for insurance purposes). Valid driver's license of 3 years with a clean driving record. Commercial driving experience preferred; CDL not required. Drug-free workplace. Able to work full days and handle hard physical work. Lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly. Previous experience in driving, labor, customer service, or related fields preferred.
