Albéa Gennevilliers is home to our global headquarters. Scope This position reports to Global Account Director in Beauty business unit. Main activities * Serve as the primary point of contact for our key customers, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and expectations. * Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty. * Regularly conduct client meetings to review performance, introduce new products, and identify business opportunities. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals. * Promote Albéa's innovative and sustainable tube packaging solutions, aligning with clients' CSR goals. * Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients. * Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, design, and production) to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. * Work closely with customer services, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects. * Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support product innovation and process improvements. * Monitor and report on sales performance, account status, and market activity. * Prepare regular forecasts, account plans, and business reviews to track progress against objectives. * Manage the needs of the customers in order to meet the objectives of the Company's business plans and strategy. Accountability including KPIs This position will be responsible for : * Revenue Growth * Business retention rate * Customer satisfaction and relationship development * New business/ expansion * Profitability * Timely adjustment of forecasts * Speed and effectiveness in addressing key account issues. Profile (Experience & qualifications) Education and experience : * Higher education with a specialization in Business develoment, negociation or a related field is preferred * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry. Knowledge / Technical skills required : * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities * Pro-activity, strong level of engagement * Fluency in French and in English, a 3rd language is a plus * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
