Duties and Responsibilities: Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and stock levels for lab consumables, outbound shipping kits, kitchens, bathrooms, office supplies. Ensure warehouse space is organized Physical Handling: + Physically handle products, load/unload packages, and transport products using hand carts or pallet jacks. + Prepare, pack, and ship supplies to be sent to customers resultant from daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual orders as requested by customers, CES, Sales, and per LIMS schedules + Ensure that UPS Deliveries are prepared for afternoon pick up Data Entry: Accurately enter shipment information into the LIMS system Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse personnel, customer service representatives Driving: Drive to UPS, FedEx, and USPS locations to pick up samples Lifting: Able to lift and move heavy objects Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives Required knowledge, skills & abilities: + Basic computer skills + Good written and verbal communication, strong sense of time organization, ability to work independently and within a team, data entry skills with attention to detail. + Strong organizational skills + Must be able to work independently and remain on task + Being a collaborative team member Training: Will be provided Education and Experience: + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred To learn more about Eurofins, please explore our website .
