Latest training and tooling to improve your productivity.Tri-County International Trucks/Idealease is a family-owned business seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to diagnose, repair and maintain light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and busses.At least one year hands on experience as a diesel technician - preferably dealership or fleet experienceMichigan State Certifications in Heavy Duty Truck. Trainee Permit accepted.ASE, Navistar, or Cummins Certifications are a plusKnowledge in the repair & maintenance of diesel engines, power trains, and electrical systemsDiagnostic skills/experience & attention to detail Good verbal, written & computer skillsGood character & work ethicAble to follow manufacturer's policies and procedures for labor operations, time, and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairsOn the job factory training and certifications availableInternal promotional/growth opportunities based on experience and aptitudePossess your own toolsChauffeur's License required (CDL a plus)Qualified applicant must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
