TFE is a growing company with emphasis on quality products and service for the OEM customer and the end user.We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. The desired candidate for this role is an excellent and dynamic communicator with several years of production supervision experience. In this role the the production supervisor effectively supervises preproduction, production, and postproduction operations to achieve the highest quality for our customers while meeting delivery commitments. Schedule: Monday-Friday3:00pm-12:00am1 Hour Unpaid LunchEssential Functions: • Supervise all manufacturing operations, production control and post-production in accordance with defined processes.• Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to product/process problems.• Implement plans regarding capacity, materials, labor requirements and cost reduction.• Control workflow to achieve production objectives to meet quality, cost, and delivery commitments.• Develop and implement training for employees. • Maintenance and administration of production systems and equipment.• Track appropriate metrics.• Maintain safe, orderly, and clean facilities.• Complete reports and projects within identified deadlines.• Complete and deliver performance feedback for production staff.• Evaluate and implement coaching and disciplinary actions when needed. • Review, approve, and/or adjust time clock activity for production staff.• Initiate and drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement throughout all processes while supporting an ISO 9001 quality culture.Perks: Advancement Opportunities401(k) with generous employer matchMedical InsuranceDental insuranceVision InsuranceDisability insuranceHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistant ProgramsEmployer Paid Mental Health Wellness Employer Paid Life insuranceFree Financial Wellness CoursesPaid Time Off/vacationPaid Sick Time Paid HolidaysClimate ControlledFun EnvironmentEmployee Events and Raffles RequirementsSkills and Abilities: • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.• Communication: Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence, quote requests, and other memos. Ability to convey information in a professional manner over the phone, fax, e-mail, or web.• Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages, calculate ratios, interchange fractions and decimal equivalents freely, and perform other simple mathematical calculations.• Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense/empirical information to customer requests, which lead to quoting and customer orders. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.• Valid driver's license is preferred.Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent is required. • A minimum of three years of experience in related field.Perform other duties as assigned.Salary Description $50,000-$60,000 Annually
