2nd Shift Production Supervisor

TFE is a growing company with emphasis on quality products and service for the OEM customer and the end user.We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. The desired candidate for this role is an excellent and dynamic communicator with several years of production supervision experience. In this role the the production supervisor effectively supervises preproduction, production, and postproduction operations to achieve the highest quality for our customers while meeting delivery commitments. Ability to convey information in a professional manner over the phone, fax, e-mail, or web.• Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages, calculate ratios, interchange fractions and decimal equivalents freely, and perform other simple mathematical calculations.• Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense/empirical information to customer requests, which lead to quoting and customer orders. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.• Valid driver's license is preferred.Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent is required. • A minimum of three years of experience in related field.Perform other duties as assigned.Salary Description $50,000-$60,000 Annually
