We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Production Operations team on live event productions across multiple sports properties. The Production Operations team is responsible for delivering high quality event productions on all global live sports properties to customers worldwide, across all Prime Video product lines and devices. We work on designing solutions (tools and mechanisms) to manage and support productions globally so our team can work more efficiently and continue to scale. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will support (home-based and on the road when needed) the day-to-day operations of event logistics, production content, and business operations. You will work closely with the Production Operations team to ensure the property and project lifecycles are on track. You will learn and implement best practices across projects to maintain effective workflows and delivery of projects, and maintain alignment across territories and department. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing and executing on tasks that have an impact across multiple teams, including our customers - sports fans across the globe. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and is expected to work with multiple internal stakeholders in support of developing scalable processes - enabling effective decision making by retrieving and presenting data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. You will have opportunities to invent and simplify, implementing new initiatives and improving existing programs such as: ticket sales and distributions, consolidating key resources, vendor management and support of payment processes. The Production Coordinator will also provide support and assistance to Sr. Production Operations Manager and Production Manager leads, supporting agendas, space planning, and ad hoc project coordination. You will work closely with the Production Operations team on their respective launches, leaning into support launch readiness sessions, on-site operations, and other programs specific to Live Sports Production and ensure production plans are executed at a high bar. You will use your organizational and creative skills to assist in creating and implementing mechanisms and processes (e.g., standard operating procedures, management of trackers, department templates, agendas, production guidelines, production manuals etc.) You will assist with pre-production planning, supporting scheduling of personnel, coordinating and arranging travel logistics for the Live Production team and Talent, and provide administrative assistance in whatever capacity is needed. You will assist with the preparation and communication of event production information to the team (e.g., production books, call sheets, travel details, etc.), working with internal and external partners to ensure accurate information sharing for all live events. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing events/meetings in a global company - Experience managing or coordinating multiple simultaneous projects, ideally in the media, arts, entertainment or events industries - 2+ years of experience in production and/or operational planning, including logistical planning related to event production; experience building processes, program management, and schedules; experience working in Excel and/or Smartsheet systems; strong understanding of internal systems and policies Preferred Qualifications - Experience with on-set physical production - Experience supporting launches and delivering results in a live sports environment; experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization; experience communicating with and managing vendors Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
