Looking for a Technical Systems Analyst with experience defining XML documents and XSD definitions. This position will be part of an Enterprise Content Management design team responsible for mapping electronic documents produced by customer-facing applications to the centralized document repository, OpenText. The role involves working closely with software application teams, enterprise architecture, and middleware developers. Responsibilities: Responsible for working with internal business teams on identifying electronic documents that need to be captured, stored, and retrieved from the document management platform. Work with application development team and middleware development team to map the electronic documents from the source system to document management backend. Defining the XSD definition for new XML document interfaces used by the middleware platform to send and receive electronic documents from the document management system. Testing the XML interfaces to ensure the right data elements and components are being passed between systems. Coordinating the investigation between front end application, middleware, and document management development teams to fix defects with passing, storing, and retrieving electronic documents. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience creating technical application and system specifications including interface designs and transaction processing. 1+ year of experience creating XSD definitions for XML document interfaces. Prior experience working closely with software architects, developers, and testers. Prior experience working with electronic documents (capture, retrieve, delete). Understand microservice architecture HLSD and interpret further. Understand the design of RESTful APIs. Understand OpenText and TIBCO. Solid understanding for system design and the major components making up a software system architecture, including middleware. Full understanding of the SDLC lifecycle. Experience mapping JSON and XML interfaces. Troubleshooting transaction errors using production logs (i.e., Splunk). Support CI/CD and generate test cases / validate test results in Bitbucket.
