This role is responsible for providing database development, programming, and graphics for Temperature Controls project based on control submittals and the construction documentation.Duties• Use Automated Logic software tools to develop BMS databases, programming. Logic, and graphics• Assist in the completion of project as-built documentation• Maintain knowledge of Automated Logic hardware, software, and applications• Provide technical support to Installing Subcontractors and Technicians• May also assist in onsite startup/ checkout of HVAC equipment, and provide assistance with commissioning efforts.• Provide initial complete BMS systems and make updates/ changes as needed throughout the construction process• Will work closely with the System Specialists during construction to provide functional programming and graphics.Qualifications• Minimum of 2 year technical degree desired• 3 - 5 years' experience in the BMS/ Temperature Controls industry preferred• Knowledgeable in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC industry• Knowledge in servers, network equipment and environments• Experience with the Automated Logic product line is preferred• Knowledgeable in construction contracting industry with specific emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields and specific experience on construction projectsParticipate in and support a drug free workplace programInterested in hearing more?
