Our client is a dynamic 50+ attorney firm that specializes in defending businesses and individuals in complex general liability, professional liability, labor and employment, class actions and insurance defense claims. The incoming billing specialist will be an essential member of the firm's accounting department and help keep financial operations running smoothly while working alongside attorneys to manage processing, revising, and issuing accurate monthly billing.Core day-to-day responsibilities include:Partner with attorneys to review and polish monthly billing statementsServe as go-to person for resolving billing questionsMaintain precise and up-to-date financial recordsTake initiative on following up on accounts and maintaining healthy cash flowUtilize problem solving skills to research and resolve billing discrepanciesThis is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, 100% firm sponsored benefits (medical, dental and vision), annual bonuses, hybrid work schedule, and generous PTO.
