Food Runner  Required Skills/Qualities - At least 2 years of experience as a Food Runner or support staff in a fine dining setting. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with servers and kitchen staff. - Well-organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and timely food delivery. - Ability to multitask and handle high volume while maintaining service standards. - Active team player with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities - Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to guests. - Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. - Assist in running plates, clearing tables, and resetting for the next guests. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and modifications to answer guest inquiries. - Help organize and expedite orders in coordination with the kitchen and service team. - Follow and execute all side work lists provided by the company. - Assist in polishing and organizing silverware, glassware, and service equipment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of food pickup and service areas. - Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
