BARBACK Required Skills/Qualities · At least 2 years of experience as a barback in a fine dining setting. · Have the ability to work fast and well under pressure. · Have the ability to multi-task and handle high volume. · Is well-organized and detail-oriented. · Be an active team player. Responsibilities · Maintain and restock restaurant bar inventory. · Communicate irregular inventory to manager. · Maintain bar supplies stocked. · Set up and take down bar mats and cleaning supplies. · Cut, prepare, or dispose of garnishes and other perishable drink items. · Prepare mixers and syrups. · Polish glassware. · Clean and sanitize bar area, tools, and equipment. · Maintain integrity of bar inventory. · Assist with take-away as needed. · Follows and executes all side work lists provided by the company; · Assist bartenders and servers as needed. Busser Required Skills/Qualities · At least 2 years of experience as a Busser or support staff in a fine dining setting. · Have the ability to work fast and well under pressure. · Have the ability to multi-task and handle high volume. · Is well-organized and detail-oriented. · Be an active team player. · Be able to deliver an excellent customer service experience. Responsibilities · Polish and store water glasses and silverware. · Remove dirty/used items from service tables · Clean, disinfect and sanitize tables immediately after service. · Follows and executes all side work lists provided by the company. · Polish and store water glasses and silverware. · Assist servers as needed. · Assist other team members as needed
