We are seeking an experienced Senior Group Product Manager to lead our product growth team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership across product, marketing, and sales to drive strategic initiatives that deliver best-in-class experiences, helping users discover and unlock value from Webflow's products. A key focus will be on leveraging generative AI to accelerate time to value for our customers. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, capable of designing and running experiments at scale, and has a strong ability to think holistically about the user lifecycle. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)Zone A: ($220,000 - $317,000)Zone B: ($207,000 - $298,000)Zone C: ($194,000 - $279,500)Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)Zone A: ($251,000 - $361,000)Zone B: ($226,000 - $325,000)Reporting to the Director of Product ManagementAs a Senior Group Product Manager, you will:Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as design, engineering, user research, data science, education, and community, driving initiatives that enhance customer activation and reduce time to value.Shape product strategy, integrating customer feedback and market insights, with a strong focus on Generative AI-driven features and enhancements that accelerate business impact.Drive strategic research and data analysis to understand user behaviors, pain points, and emerging opportunities, influencing both near-term execution and long-term planning.Own the product roadmap, setting strategic priorities, managing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.Define and measure success, by identifying key product metrics and using data to guide decision-making and track progress against company growth objectives.Manage expansion, contraction, and churn, by developing strategies to expand user value through upsell opportunities, reduce churn, and understand the drivers behind user contraction.Enhance team effectiveness, working with cross-functional leaders to refine processes, improve tools, and evolve KPIs that drive operational excellence.Lead go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with the product marketing team to ensure successful launches and adoption of new product features and updates.About you:Requirements:8-10 years of overall product management experience.At least 3-5 years specifically in growth product management, with a proven track record of driving key growth metrics (acquisition, retention, expansion, and churn).3+ years of experience managing and mentoring PMs or cross-functional teams.Strong background in data analytics and fluency in using data to inform decisions, including proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.You'll thrive as a Senior Group Product Manager if you:Have strong stakeholder management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives that serve multiple customer personas and align with business goals.Excel at problem-solving with a creative and analytical mindset, tackling complex challenges while maintaining a strategic focus on business outcomes.Are data-driven, enjoying the process of translating complex data models into actionable insights that inform product strategy and drive growth.Embrace a 'test and learn' mentality, comfortable with experimentation and iteration in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.Can balance big-picture strategy with a keen attention to detail, seamlessly transitioning between high-level vision and deep-dive analysis.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach teams towards ambitious goals, particularly in product strategy and data fluency.Have experience in managing the entire user lifecycle, including strategies around expansion, contraction, and churn, to drive retention and growth.Have experience building and launching products that leverage generative AI technologies, creating impactful solutions for users.Are proficient in SQL, frequently using it to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions that impact business growth.Have experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools, understanding their value in creating user-centered products.Our Core Behaviors:Obsess over customer experience.
