If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team and drive success in innovative projects. If you're ready to take on challenging assignments and make a significant impact in the electrical construction industry, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Plan, direct, and coordinate a team of project managers, engineering leads, and engineers to effectively manage complex electrical construction and lighting and energy management projects.Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive organizational growth and expand market reach.Project Oversight: Provide direction and support to the project team on execution and delivery, ensuring projects remain within budget and timeline constraints.Risk Management: Oversee project risk management, ensuring strict compliance with contract scope, project schedules, and conditions, while accurately reporting and mitigating potential issues.Financial Management: Manage project finances, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and billing, to maintain financial health and profitability.Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of approximately 2-5 Project Engineers and/or Field Engineers, providing regular assessments of the industry labor market.Qualifications:Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Electrical Construction Project Management, or a related position in the electrical construction industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized programs and software, including:Accubid Pro 14ProcoreChange Order Pro 14Xalt CRMSpectrumMS Office SuiteRevit & SolidWorksNavisworks & Microsoft HoloLensHaas VF-3 CNCManual mill & lathe machinesCAD ModelingAutoCADControl Systems with a focus on time-domain analysis.Interested in hearing more?
