Production Control Specialist

Cup 4 Cup is an innovative line of Gluten Free food products. Founded by Chef Thomas Keller, our product line continues to grow and is changing lives. We are seeking a Production Control Specialist to oversee ingredient demand planning, production fulfillment, packaging, and multi-warehouse inventories. This role is crucial in ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining production schedules and collaborating with management to meet business goals efficiently. What You'll Do: Monitor and Maintain daily operations related to production, inventory, and demand cycles while supporting overall business strategy and quality standards. Manage Production Schedules and Forecasts in partnership with the Operations Manager and Sales Chargeback Specialist. Oversee Packaging and Ingredient Supply to ensure all SKUs are adequately stocked to meet demand. Build and Maintain Key Partnerships with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, 3PL logistics, and warehouse partners for inventory and order fulfillment. Coordinate Inbound Orders and Logistics for finished goods, packaging, and ingredients while tracking each transaction with precision. Optimize Freight, Warehousing and Production Costs by identifying efficiencies and collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet budget targets. Address Customer and Quality Concerns in coordination with the Operations Associate. Ensure Compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Support Offsite Events and Trade Shows by assisting in planning, scheduling, and execution. Communicate and Collaborate Across Teams to proactively resolve issues and drive operational excellence.   What We're Looking For: Experience in production planning, supply chain management, or inventory control (preferably in food manufacturing or CPG). Strong organizational and problem-solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments . Familiarity with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and logistics coordination is a plus.
