A globally recognized hospitality brand known for delivering world-class culinary experiences is looking for a General manager to lead their new opening in Q3. They are launching a new, elevated, yet approachable dining concept that blends high quality standards with a more casual, energetic atmosphere. This new restaurant will bring the same level of hospitality excellence that the brand is known for while embracing a more accessible, neighborhood-friendly approach. They are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and hands-on General Manager to lead the charge in creating an exceptional guest experience, developing a high-performing team, and driving the business to success. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from pre-opening planning to full-scale execution. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial success. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with pre-opening experience in high-volume, upscale dining , a keen business sense, and a deep passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Pre-Opening Phase (Q3 Launch) Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership to establish operational plans, hiring strategies, and financial goals. Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of a best-in-class hospitality team. Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to curate a memorable guest experience aligned with the brand's values. Oversee training programs to ensure the team delivers consistent, high-level service with a warm and approachable style. Develop and implement operational systems, service standards, and workflow efficiencies for a seamless launch. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Post-Opening Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Foster a culture of hospitality, mentorship, and excellence , ensuring a guest-first mindset at all levels. Financial and Operational Oversight: Drive sales, manage costs, and control PandL performance while maximizing profitability. Guest Experience and Brand Execution: Maintain a strong front-of-house presence , ensuring impeccable service and genuine hospitality. People and Culture: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, cultivating a team that embodies the brand's values. Marketing and Community Engagement: Partner with marketing teams to drive traffic, build local partnerships, and establish the restaurant as a destination. Innovation and Adaptability: Identify opportunities to enhance operations, service, and guest engagement while staying ahead of industry trends. Qualifications: 5+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume, upscale or polished casual dining. Proven pre-opening leadership experience. A strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and cost control strategies. A passion for mentorship and team development . Experience implementing structured service standards in a high-energy environment . Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on solutions, innovation, and adaptability .
