We've been very successful for over 50 years, while consistently growing year over year - with an average tenure of 8 years!Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities include coordinating machine shipments, managing aftermarket assemblies, and collaborating with Engineering, Service, Sales, Inventory Control, Finance, and Sourcing for timely deliveries. The role also involves leading process improvement sessions, enhancing machine designs, and maintaining KPI reports.What you will do:Oversee the scheduling of converting equipment and manage the purchasing and receipt of waxed roll stock, cases, adhesives, pallets, and packaging supplies.Prepare raw material forecasts, collaborate with suppliers, and adjust inventory as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in production.Monitor production standards to ensure timely output.Continuous Improvement/Lean ManufacturingPromote shop floor organization and maintain cleanliness.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experiencePrevious experience scheduling employees and managing purchasing receipts for equipment/suppliesSets daily/weekly goals for the plant and ensures they are met, while also coordinating plant activities in the absence of the Paper Operations Manager.Continuous Improvement/Lean ManufacturingSix Sigma Certification would be idealBilingual in Spanish is preferred.What's in it for youAnnual Salary: $85,000-$110,000 + 10% Healthy work/life balanceCross-training, skill development + education assistance Paid Vacation & HolidaysMedical, Dental, VisionPrescription Drug PlanHealth and Wellness reimbursement**I do pay referral fees if you know anyone who is also looking**Please email Wade.Orlowski@ with an updated resume to expedite the process
