Project description Account Director - Requires a bachelor's Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position allows telecommuting and may require intermittent domestic travel (5-10%) to provide on-site services at unanticipated client worksites throughout the U.S. Salary: $155,000 USD Gross per year. Responsibilities * Assuring the highest level of software development services provision to the clients in Energy, Utilities & Manufacturing industry. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, and promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. Closely communicate with clients, maintain relationships, cross-/upselling of auxiliary services, managing client success and satisfaction. RFI/RFP processes support to win new business with potential clients, help to prepare new marketing materials with industrial expertise, participate in industry events to strengthen Luxoft/DXC brand awareness in the industry. Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Contributing to the process of prospects, leads and opportunities generation. Extensively use such tools like Salesforce CRM, Outreach Sales Execution Platform, Sales Navigator. SKILLS Must have * Bachelor's Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science 24 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation Experience must include: o Use of Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Sales Navigator and Cognos. o Pre-sale activities for new business. o Industry expertise accumulation and documentation, case studies development and pitching to potential buyers. o Prospects, leads and opportunities generation and conversion.
