This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success and development.Why join us?The role offers...Competitive yearly pay $150,000-185,000/year!Relocation financial assistance, as well as a 90-day stay!Great benefits ( medical, dental, vision), great PTO accrual, great work-life balance!Be in a position to oversee and shape out a quickly growing department & company!If you've done it before or are doing it now, this role is for you!Job DetailsSupervise the Maintenance Supervisor, Avionics Supervisor, Aircraft Service Supervisor, and QA Manager.Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule customer aircraft for maintenance.Work with Parts, QA, and Maintenance Supervisor during the quoting process to ensure accurate quotes, preordered parts, and readiness for scheduled servicing.Conduct final reviews of work orders and coordinate payments with the accounting department.Partner with the Parts Manager to meet KPIs and ensure proper stocking of parts for maintenance needs.Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Client Relations Manager for customer interactions.Review monthly P&L statements to monitor expenses and enhance profitability.Plan for future growth, including tooling and equipment needs.Collaborate with the Sales department and established customers to provide cost analysis for future aircraft ownership.Review shop labor rates and inspection times to ensure competitiveness and adherence to OEM guidelines.Select and manage third-party maintenance providers, MROs, and OEM support as needed.Assist Satellite Service Centers in setup and meeting customer needs.Support fleet operators with setup, stocking suggestions, and technical assistance.Perform monthly FAA reporting and quarterly FAA meetings for the Charter Certificate (can be assigned to QA manager).Chair the Continuous Airworthiness Surveillance System (CASS) Board.Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Qualifications:FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.7-10 years of general aviation maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a FAR 145 repair station. *Director-level experience is required*In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 145, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance.Interested in hearing more?
