With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, within Logistics, Education, Leisure and Offices. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: Develop and present design concepts for a range of projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices. Qualifications required for this Senior Architect role: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
