Key Job Responsibilities Amazon Music Search is looking for an experienced Full Stack engineer who has experience in Mobile software development in our SFO office. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to innovate, measure, analyze, and refine the search experiences we deliver to our music listeners across the planet. The ideal candidate will have strong design and implementation experience across front-end and back-end architectures, with demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience. Proven experience in React Native development, with a strong focus on building high-performance mobile applications for the Android / iOS platform. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React Native apps. Contribution to open-source React Native/Native projects or libraries. Advanced coding skills including concurrency, profiling and performance optimization. Experience designing complex systems focusing on architecture, reliability and scaling. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
