Junior CRE Relationship Manager

Job Type: Permanent/Fixed Term Overview: A rapidly expanding commercial bank is looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to support the Team Leader in managing relationships within the CRE sector. You'll oversee loan portfolios, identify opportunities, and provide excellent service while cross-selling products. This role offers valuable experience and a path to future leadership in relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Assist Senior Relationship Managers in managing loan and depository relationships. Monitor and assess the credit performance of customer portfolios, addressing any issues as needed. Prepare and organize credit and loan documentation, including financial data, credit histories, and collateral details. Manage and track non-performing, underperforming, or delinquent loans when applicable.
