Oversee and manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.2. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.3. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to schedule and track maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.4. Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to minimize production interruptions.5. Coordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize impact on operations.6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential equipment issues and implement corrective actions.7. Train and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring their continuous development and adherence to safety protocols.8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.9. Collaborate with procurement to source and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance activities.10. Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.2. Proficient in using CMMS software to schedule and track maintenance activities.3. Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and best practices.4. Experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs in an industrial setting.5. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.6. Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and their application in a manufacturing setting.7. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.9. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.10.
