We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights.Job Summary:TheGeneral Manager (GM)will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership management, a passion for motorcycles"”especially Triumph models"”and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.Lead and motivate the sales, service, and finance teams to achieve business goals.Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, increase market share, and enhance customer retention.Manage Triumph motorcycle inventory and collaborate with the manufacturer to optimize stock.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective strategies to improve profitability.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of Triumph motorcycles.Qualifications:Proven experience in automotive or motorcycle dealership management (General Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role).Passion for Triumph motorcycles and knowledge of the brand, models, and industry trends.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Knowledge of dealership management software (DMS) and CRM tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Employee discounts on motorcycles, gear, and service.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.How to Apply:If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for Triumph motorcycles, we want to hear from you!
