If you're ready to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of journal entries and reconciliations.Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports for management.Coordinate and assist in the year-end and interim audit process, working with external auditors.Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting requirements required by Corporate headquarters.Ensure accuracy of fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights for decision-making.Help implement and maintain internal processes and controls.Support Controller in ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and projects.Qualifications4-6 years of experience in public accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in assistant controller or equivalent role.CPA or CPA candidate preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency with obtaining accounting information from ERP and related information systems (e.g., EPICOR, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial sectors.Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.Interested in hearing more?
