Lead and oversee civil engineering operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation in project execution.?? Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering professional development and maintaining a high-performance culture.?? Enhance QA/QC processes to uphold the highest standards of engineering excellence.What You Bring to the Team? 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience in transportation design and infrastructure projects.? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).? Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.? Strong leadership, project management, and QA/QC expertise.? Excellent communication skills, including proposal development and report writing.? Deep knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and agency standards.? Proven ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multi-disciplinary teams.? Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).?
