Job Title: Overnight Baker (Part-Time) Location:  Lost Larson / Bakewell  2021 W. Fulton Street Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, Midnight to 8:00 AM Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Overnight Baker to join our team! As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for proofing, baking, and organizing our daily offerings to ensure fresh, high-quality products are ready for the day. Key Responsibilities: Proof and prepare dough for baking. Bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods to perfection. Ensure all baked products are fresh, consistently high-quality, and ready for sale. Organize and maintain the daily bake schedule. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished goods. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Work independently and efficiently to meet daily production needs. Qualifications: Previous baking experience preferred but not required. Passion for baking and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, overnight environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
