Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Company: Innovatus Technology ConsultingLocation: San Diego, CAClearance: Secret Clearance required Job Overview Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team and support the U.S. Navy in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. As a Power Platform Developer, you will work closely with the Navy's IT and business units to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement workflows, automations, and data visualizations to streamline processes and improve decision-making. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Power Platform capabilities and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Experience with data modeling, data integration, and API development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience working with the U.S. Navy or other defense organizations. Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
