Investor Relations Senior Associate - Healthcare Location: New York Metro ICR, a leading full-service communications firm, is looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Senior Associate to join their Healthcare - Medical Technology team. ICR provides integrated communications services and independent capital markets advice to small and mid-cap companies in the life sciences, healthcare services, healthcare information technology, medical technology, and diagnostics sectors. Responsibilities: Develop client marketing materials, including corporate press releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, and IR website content. Develop and manage relationships with current analysts and institutional investors by taking the lead on all inbound investor inquiries. Track and report on our client's competitor/peer business developments and financial results. Manage timeline for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other major events. Create, update, and maintain detailed financial models on our clients. Support business development efforts by creating pitches and potential client target lists. Prepare reports and analyses for clients summarizing investor feedback, financial performance, stock price trends, and shifts in the institutional shareholder base. General account and team upkeep including organizing and maintaining file storage. Assist with the creation and preparation of shareholder review decks prepared for each of our clients on a quarterly basis. Participate in the quarterly earnings review and preparation process, including due diligence calls with management, drafting earnings releases, conference call scripts, and Q/A documents. Provide direct support for Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and the Head of the IR Healthcare Group. Qualifications: 2-3 years of Investor Relations experience. Ability to work in a team environment with strong responsiveness. Excellent interpersonal & verbal/written communication skills. Confident and professional phone and e-mail communication. Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision. Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Pitchbook, FactSet, and Dealogic a plus. Healthcare experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree required. MBA and/or CFA a plus. This role will be based in the New York Metro area, but will support a team in multiple locations with clients predominantly in the West Coast. Flexibility in working hours will be required.
