Their unique insights and experience have allowed us to craft automated hygiene stations that are clinically proven to remove more than 99.9% of harmful pathogens, increase handwashing compliance, integrate seamlessly into facilities, exceed regulatory food safety and sanitation requirements, and make hygiene compliance monitoring and documentation effortless.   What We Offer As a Meritech team member, you'll receive:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour to start, payroll every other Thursday.A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with company contributions.3 weeks annually of paid-time-off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure. Paid company holidays. What You'll DOAs a hygiene expert at Meritech, you will:Receive and distribute goods received to the appropriate department or storage area.Monitor proper storage and retrieval of numerous parts, durable goods, and consumables to maintain accurate inventory and orderly work environment.Complete and package small pack and freight orders for shipment. Assist with daily operations of the shipping department. Construct and assemble various cardboard and wood crate packaging materials.Complete required quality checks and processes for packing and shipping procedures.  Plan and schedule weekly and daily shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery. Create shipping documents, package slips, and freight orders. Pull finished goods from inventory to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Assist with loading and unloading trucks by hand or pallet jack. Load and unload trucks using a forklift.Actively assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement of shipping and logistics management. Clean & maintain assigned work areas to SOPs.Maintain database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required. What You Offer UsWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced in Shipping activities or similar role: ï‚§    Forklift operation certification preferred. ï‚§    UPS Small Package and LTL shipping experience preferred. ï‚§    Hazmat training preferred. •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to completelogs or records.•    Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), and basic mathematics (High school or equivalent level). •    Detail-oriented and consistent. •    A team player and able to effectively operate in group environment. •    Self-motivated and able to work independently. •    Goal-oriented and able to manage time and meet specific deadlines. •    Able to work with hand tools, including drills, saws, and grinders on occasion.  •    Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations: -    Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and moving about in manufacturing warehouse environment.-    Frequently: Ability to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.-    Frequently: Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.-    Frequently: Ability to utilize nail gun to assemble large shipping crates. -    Frequently: Must be able to carry, lift, and relocate various finished goods. -    Frequently: Must be able to wrap, package, crate, and pallet various finished goods. -    Frequently: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time. Meritech Employee Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
