This position is reserved for candidates who have either come through the Company ranks in the CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager positions, or have prior industry experience and are willing to work for a period of time with the Company until a position becomes available. The General Manager is a salaried position with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus, based on store operating results. This position is the most demanding in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. The General Manager typically works five or six days a week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts.
