About the RoleThe Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is part of the Technical Program Management (TPM) group. The TPM group manages the delivery of technology programs for Gap, Inc.The OCM team facilitates the people side of change related to technology programs across Gap, Inc. by enabling adoption and sustainability of process changes, system rollouts and connected organizational changes, with the goal of profitably growing Gap, Inc.As a Director of OCM, you will focus on enabling and measuring sustainable change for organizational transformation as a part of Global Technology Solutions (GTS). You leverage the OCM Operating Model, including assessing and articulating the level of change needed for processes, technology, and related job roles. Your general responsibility will be executing change management strategies that equip our global teams with the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement needed to maximize their adoption, minimize operational disruption, and strengthen our institutional change acumen.You will specifically oversee OCM for our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) space. In this role you will oversee and execute the change management aspects of the new GTS operating model - covering process design, training materials development, training execution, and communications - globally. Key stakeholders include Product Management, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Technical Program Management, TechOps, InfoSec and Strategy & Governance.What You'll DoOversees, develops, and executes comprehensive change management strategies for the GTS transformation initiative. This includes deliverables such as: impact assessments, governance, and plans across communication, coaching, training, resistance management, and measurement for adoption.Maintains critical relationships with stakeholders, working to secure needed resources, ensuring clear status and communication with GTS teams and leadership.Works closely with the GTS Transformation Management Office and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner(s) to ensure a smooth transition to the new GTS operating model.Works closely with Corporate Communications to drive all aspects of GTS communications - especially (but not exclusively) related to the GTS transformation.Interfaces with all levels of GTS management and leadership. Works as coach and internal change consultant to program leadership. Inspires stakeholders to be change agents for the program and drives accountability.Cultivates partnership, idea sharing, active listening and advocacy with peers, facilitating new connections and relationship building.Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability to drive multiple GTS transformation initiatives to successful adoption; critical thinker who can anticipate roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address.Collaborates with the broader OCM team to make improvements in change management best practices and tooling.Who You AreChange management skills, proven experience as a change management leader and practitioner, and exemplifying effective communication and planning skills.10+ years' work experience - primarily in the change management space, including leading projects with a complex scope and with system and process implementation characteristics.Solid foundational understanding and experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Ability to understand stakeholders/end users across multiple functions, geographic locations, and countries.Experience creating and executing communication and training plans across multiple countries; Experience working in the technology space including migration to MSP models a strong plus.Strong collaborator and communicator. Experience in mass communications to large organizations (1,000+ people).Ability to anticipate obstacles, offer solutions, identify resources, build relationships, and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.Proven track record of collaborating with a range of cross-functional teams, successfully worked through others, and ability to establish strong relationships.Solid understanding of how people experience change, and how change management affects their experience.Ability to influence and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences including presenting to multiple levels of an organization and executive leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
