Walmart Connect is looking for a Sr. Partner, Ad Partner Management to achieve growth, and adoption of the Advertising API offerings. Specifically, we are looking for a Partner Development Manager to lead our Creative strategy with API integrators, while guiding growth, and adoption of the Advertising API offerings. The Partner Development Manager will manage a group of high impact partners with a goal of amplifying revenue and driving new business. You will work cross-functionally with global partners to define ways of working, strategy and approach, and identify products and experiences that will help WMC scale and acquire net-new customers through our API partner program.What you'll do:Develop creative growth strategy and approach for advertising partnersManage and grow relationship with portfolio of API PartnersBuild joint business planning and track API partner progress to goalsCollaborate with API partners to develop and execute go to market plans through joint PR, marketing, co-selling, developer relations enablement and materials to hit revenue goalsCollect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize API product roadmapSupport technical API partner manager and API support manager to help API partner manage and grow their business on WalmartWork cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify product and program enhancements that will drive incremental revenue for WalmartLead Partner outreach initiatives to create a successful joint business and technical integrationEnsure WMC sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific Partner solutions that can help accelerate deals or expand opportunitiesIdentify, own, and drive innovative opportunities and programs to improve efficiency and scale internally and externallyGuide API partner business infrastructure and reporting initiativesWhat you'll bring:5+ years of experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projectsExperience owning or developing a new, fast-paced initiativeExperience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scaleExperience working in the digital creative and/or ecommerce spaceProven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, partnership, with an emphasis on automated advertising experiences.Track record of driving programs to improve operational excellenceExperience in identifying innovative solutions on behalf of customersAnalytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomesExperience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing especially with sales or pre-sales teamsInterest or experience in working with complex, technical partners, APIs, and productThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
