This role involves handling all phases of litigation, from case assessment and strategy development to trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and financial disputes.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Advise clients on litigation risk, dispute resolution strategies, and business impact.Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Take and defend depositions, manage expert witnesses, and handle oral arguments.Develop case strategy in collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution outcomes when appropriate.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in PA.5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on business disputes.Strong courtroom, negotiation, and legal writing skills.Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently.Experience representing clients in state and federal courts.Knowledge of contract law, business torts, real estate disputes, and financial litigation.Interested in hearing more?
