The ideal candidate will have experience in baking kettle-boiled bagels and a dedication to producing high-quality products. As a Bagel Baker at Corey's Bagels, you will be responsible for the preparation, boiling, baking, and finishing of our signature bagels. Key Responsibilities: Prepare dough and follow recipes to create a variety of bagel flavors. Boil bagels in kettles to ensure the perfect texture and taste. Bake bagels in ovens, ensuring proper color, texture, and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in the preparation of toppings, spreads, and other bagel-related items. Monitor inventory and help with stocking ingredients as needed. Ensure all bagels are made fresh and ready for daily sales. Qualifications: Previous experience in baking, particularly with kettle-boiled bagels, preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
