Supervise and manage all day-to-day construction activities for residential projects, including multi-family and subdivision projects.2. Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure that the project is built according to the planned design.3. Oversee quality control measures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the standards set out in the project specifications.4. Enforce safety compliance on the construction site, including conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols.5. Lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.6. Solve problems that arise during construction, making decisions quickly and effectively to keep the project on track.7. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.8. Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.9. Oversee materials management, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed and are used efficiently.10. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that all services are delivered as agreed.11. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the construction process in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, including multi-family and subdivision projects.2. Proven experience in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents.3. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and safety compliance in the construction industry.4. Proven experience in site supervision and team leadership.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.7. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.8. Proven experience in materials and vendor management.9. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.10. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.11. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.12.
