Job DetailsJob LocationClemson Campus - Seneca, SCPosition TypeFull TimePosition ResponsibilitiesUphold NewSpring & Fuse Missions, Pillars and Standards.Oversee execution & growth of Fuse ministry at campus.Seek out and develop Campus Fuse Lead Team responsible for:GroupsTrained LeadersStudentsParent EngagementSupport VolunteersGatheringsFocused attention on activating Fuse Group leaders, growing groups and increasing group participation.Recruit & Fill Spots for Summer Camp (Gauntlet) including leaders & students.Communicate with other Fuse Pastors & Ministry leaders to keep all staff and volunteers informed regarding Fuse details and direction.Support, encourage, and give ideas to the Clemson Team to move our entire campus forward.QualificationsDo whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outline below:Growing personal relationship with JesusRelationship with spouse (if married)Relationship with children (if applicable)Purpose in life/ministryDevelop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
