Location: Belmont, New HampshireJob SummaryThe Production Specialist works under the direction of store management to maintain efficient store operations. Provides outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, safe work environment. Selects great quality merchandise from donations to stock the sales floor. The Production Specialist creates a positive employee and customer experience by consistently exhibiting citizenship behaviors and supporting Goodwill's mission.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Essential duties include the following:Sorts inspects, and stocks donated goodsOptimizes the value of donationsMeets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectationsResponsible for exercising due care in the performance of job tasks. Must follow Agency safety policies and procedures established within respective departments.
