This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration. Job Summary: Works within all buildings and construction projects perform the following duties: Hours: 6am - 3pm ; M - F Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists the construction team in various construction tasks as instructed. * Helps to keep the construction site clean and in an orderly state. * Alerts management as to any issues that may arise in buildings. * Keeps outside grounds clear of snow and debris, cuts grass, trim trees and basic yard maintenance. * Maintains buildings performing, plumbing, routine painting, minor electrical and grounds equipment. * Ability to run internal departmental mail runs * Assist custodial supervisor with training new employee's * Ability to run shuttle service between parking lots and buildings * Ability to run errands i.e. pick up cleaning supplies/building supplies * Responsible for carrying corporate credit cards to make purchases. * Ability to drive material handling equipment, drive company vehicles with trailers attached * Knowledge of the operation of all facility shifts WHO IS NEOGEN: From farm to fork, we offer solutions to enhance the quality, quantity and safety of the global food supply.
