Director of Learning Center, Grades 1-5 and Middle School Barkai Yeshivah is seeking a Director of Learning Center for the 2025-2026 school year. This position encompasses two divisions- grades 1-5 and middle school- and can be held by one full time candidate, or two part time candidates. The Director of Learning Center oversees the academic supports for struggling students. The Director develops and implements individual educational plans for tier 3 students in cooperation with the Director of Curriculum, classroom teachers and related services providers. Candidates should have a background in Special Education, experience working with different types of learners, and expertise in reading and writing instruction and intervention. We are looking for candidates with effective leadership and communication skills, who will enjoy working in a collaborative and creative warm school environment. About Barkai Barkai Yeshivah is a traditional, Sephardic elementary school in Brooklyn, NY.
