As a NetSuite EPM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses achieve their goals by leveraging the power of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting as well as NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, capturing and analyzing their unique business requirements, and translating them into innovative solutions that align with their objectives. In this role, you will lead clients by demonstrating and implementing NetSuite's suite of EPM applications, NSAW, NSAR and Planning and Budgeting. By understanding and capturing the client's business requirements, you will enable a seamless transition from legacy processes to NetSuite EPM applications. Your expertise will help clients adopt modern EPM business best practices. Collaboration and mentorship will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with fellow delivery team members and contractors throughout the project implementation. Responsibilities: Deliver basic to complex NetSuite EPM implementation projects, including solution design. Lead and facilitate client discovery meetings, identifying opportunities outside the minimum scope and platform focus, and tracking findings on the project backlog. Delegate tasks to analysts, collaborating and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify and communicate project limitations, shortcomings, and issues early on, working closely with senior consultants and architects to address and mitigate risks. Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design recommendations to clients. Raise design risks, constraints, and critical dependencies to senior consultants and architects, working together to address and mitigate issues with clients. Guide testing approaches for both internal QA and client UAT. Handle all core configuration tasks, including complex business logic. Provide expert advice on leading practices and make configuration and design recommendations to clients. Serve as an expert business process owner for EPM. Basic Qualifications: Previous hands-on implementation experience of Oracle EPM products and/or Hyperion products with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations. Good understanding of NetSuite core configuration and modules. In-depth knowledge of EPM such as: Financial Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation. Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in spreadsheet-level data transformations. Familiarity with leading practices within the NetSuite ecosystem. Desired Qualifications: 3 years of experience implementing NetSuite. Previous project management and solution design skills. Knowledge of SuiteSuccess methodology. Knowledge of 1-2 advanced NetSuite modules.
