Essential Position Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership, set measurable goals, and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Manage enterprise infrastructure, including servers, cloud apps, SaaS, databases, backups, and recovery. Ensure system and infrastructure availability; monitor and resolve performance issues. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize risks. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations. Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance IT efficiency and scalability. Manage infrastructure budget, optimizing resources and costs. Oversee the implementation of IT business solutions and relevant policies. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, audits, and stress-testing systems. Manage vendor relationships, evaluate capabilities, and negotiate contracts. Maintain accurate inventory of all data and telecom assets.
