The Company serves orthopedic, cardiovascular, diagnostic, dental and a variety of other medical specialties. Our unique model is focused on in-house end-to-end portfolio processes and service offerings with deep regulatory knowledge. This provides the agility and flexibility that customers need to accelerate their go-to-market launches while standardizing their supply chain and mitigating risk. Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from procurement to final packaging and shipping. LSO's is headquartered in Brea, CA (North Orange County). In January 2023, the Company added its east coast facility in Somersworth, New Hampshire (formerly J-Pac Medical). We are currently seeking a self-motivated Strategic Account Manager with positive, engagement and collaborative energy to join our team and support the continued growth of the New Hampshire Facility. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients or accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. The role typically involves understanding the client's business, developing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain strong partnerships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Account Management: * Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to meet client needs. * Business Development: * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients. * Develop account growth strategies and ensure targets are met. * Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long-term business relationships. * Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to create customized solutions that align with the client's goals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and adjust strategies accordingly. * Support of New Product Introductions and Product Transfers. * Client Retention: * Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. * Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and adjust strategies if needed. * Collaboration & Reporting: * Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and presentations. * Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. * Track key metrics such as client retention rates, revenue growth, and satisfaction scores. QUALIFICATIONS- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience. * Engineering background (a Plus) * Account Management Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry (preferred). * Previous Program Management Experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. * Proven Ability to proactively identify client issues and develop solutions. * Proven negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. * Proven utilization of CRM, preferably Salesforce * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Ability to travel as required. * Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
