Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in landscape maintenance or related field is required. Must possess a CDL/Class B. Must successfully complete the Pesticides Applicators Core Course within six months of employment. Recruitment Notes This position is located at Beach Operations and is responsible for the supervision of 6-8 employees (Auto Equipment Operator 1, Auto Equipment Operator 2 and Beach Maintenance workers) in maintenance services performed on 15 miles of Miami-Dade County beaches. This position is tasked with supervising and assisting when needed with services performed on the beach including removal of litter; emptying trash containers; keeping the beach groomed; blading seaweed towards water line; and crossovers trimmed and edged.
