Senior Account Manager Job Description: Responsible for the retention and growth of enterprise customer accounts. Evaluate multiple options to move each freight lane and consistently work with the teams to produce the low cost, high service choices to acquire as much freight as possible, through all service offerings. Help the customer understand the value of your personal effort to maintain and grow relationships. Win day to day opportunities as well as long term RFPs.
